Autumn 2011 Scout Camp, weekend commencing 23rd September .

As a troop we have organised to have a full troop camp on the above weekend, this has been booked at Carlton in Cleveland, in the Cleveland Hills.

This is an camp under canvas commencing on the Friday evening and being completed on the Sunday afternoon.

The total cost for the camp, is as follows:-

Scouts   £40 per head

This figure includes all lodging, travel, and food required during the stay, and assists in paying for any activities we are planning.

It is requested that the attached permission slip be completed and returned with a non- refundable deposit to your relevant leaders no later than the week beginning 6th June 2011.

Deposits required and dates required by are:-

Scouts  £15 deposit  no later than 6th June.

It will be difficult to take late applications for the camp due to planning the weekend and sleeping quarters, so please return your deposits and booking slips as soon as possible, and in any case prior to the above deadlines. Final payments will be required week beginning 12th September 2011.
